Vinyasa Yoga

restorative powers of yoga.

...The Workout
This yoga and fitness workout strengthens the major muscles of your body for optimal fitness. 
It includes preparation for sports, overall conditioning, and endurance building. (60 minutes)

...Stress Reduction
This unique yoga practice helps you release stress and create deep relaxation.  Carefully
adapted movement and breathing exercises progressively calm your body and mind,
relieving tension throughout your system. (60 minutes)

...Finding Focus
This distinct yoga practice helps you increase concentration and sharpen your focus. 
Asymmetrical movements and breathing exercises stimulate and balance both
hemispheres of the brain. (60 minutes)

SpinFIT
Kick your workout into high gear as StayFit's spin bikes deliver a true road bike experience. 
SpinFIT works your entire body to help develop a stronger upper & lower body, and healthier
cardiovascular system.(60 minutes : 45 minutes spin biking and 15 minutes warm up / cool down)

Core, Floor & More
Improve your posture and build core muscle groups through a variety of challenging exercises designed 
to strengthen your abdomen & back while increasing your flexibility. Walk taller, feel stronger. This
class may include a variety of equipment. (45 minutes)

Advanced PIYO
Combines elements of Pilates, Yoga, Tai Chi, strength training, and sports stretch in a quick moving,
challenging workout. Increase strength, flexibility, balance and endurance while reducing stress in
this holistic mind/body workout. Some Pilates or Yoga experience recommended. (60 minutes)

Muscle Cross

Hit all of those hard to tone places with Muscle Cross. Concentrating on high repetition work, your
sure to gain lean muscle in no time. Also targeting your core and balance, this is an all around,
total body workout that utilizes both light weights and your own body weight. (60 minutes)

Pilates

Pilates is an exercise regimen designed to strengthen and lengthen the body's muscles. 
This class features classic mat Pilates techniques incorporating balance, strength, and stretching
to achieve mind and body awareness. Open to all levels.(60 minutes)
