Check-in
Please arrive up to 1-hour prior to your appointment to allow enough time to change into a robe and
take full advantage of the spa facilities, including the steam rooms, sauna, and whirlpool.
Appointments begin promptly at the time scheduled.
Therapists
You may request a male or female therapist, however we cannot guarantee the availability of any
particular therapist. Our Certified Massage Therapists are properly trained to ensure your comfort
at all times.
Cancellation Policy
A credit card or Hyatt room number is required at the time of booking. Cancellations are accepted
up to 24 hours prior to appointment without incurring a charge.
Without this notification, you are
charged in full.
Reservations
Advance reservations are strongly recommended, however, walk-ins are accepted.
